i started off with these buttery mini lamb chops over a bed of creamy whipped sweet potatoes, baby bok choy, and a reduction sauce.
then i moved on to the Green Dragon sushi roll which consisted of salmon tempura, kanpyo, a crab mixture, topped with avocado and crunch (which i’m sure was just barely toasted white breadcrumbs. they should have have used panko instead), drizzled with eel sauce and spicy paste.
last but not least i finished with some green tea and red bean mochi. which turned out to be a decent combination.
